It all started in 1970 when Bill and Jean founded Bill Case Polaris, selling the brand-new 1971 model snowmobiles to their customers in rural Pennsylvania. Through the years we’ve stayed on the cutting edge of power sports innovation, adopting the first ATVs that Polaris ever built in 1985, then again taking on the Ranger and RZR lines in 2009.
While our business has grown, we still prefer to keep the staff small and forge personal connections with our customers. We take pride in our honesty, transparency, and rural values, and promise to always provide unbeatable pricing and service that you can only get at a small, family-run store.
Whether you’re a local resident or a New Yorker who needs to get away from the big city, you can trust us to bring you a beneficial and enjoyable experience at our store. Once you give us a try, we're sure you'll be back for more!

Hours of Operation:
Bill Case Polaris customer service is outstanding! I use a 2002 Polaris Ranger Series 11 in my business and it's pushed to its maximum in very harsh environments. When it needs repair, it's never a little thing and Craig has been there for me to keep my business going with little downtime. He is very knowledgeable and has given me the time I need to get my 6x6 working again. He stocks many parts; if not on hand, he can obtain them usually the next day. He also has an inventory of used parts. This dealership is an hour away from my home base, yet is worth the trip
I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a Polaris to stop by and check them out. This dealership has what many others are lacking these days, care and service you would expect before and after the sale. It's hard to find the personal style of service the owner Craig has to offer
Great Owner, honest and very reasonable prices.
Outstanding family run dealership. Looking forward to doing business with them.
Craig is awesome to deal with. Down to earth..no bull! I would drive hours out of my way to buy from him.
